Momo Ghar Reviews
Absolutely some of the best momos i had!! Super spicy and flavourful I am in love. We tried the pan fried cabbage and the jhol chicken and i must say both were fantastic. The pan fried cabbage was especially amazing in taste. These are super spicy so would not reccomend for those with a low spice tolerance but I was very pleased. Service was also really excellent as well!
I was craving delicious, warm momos during our chilly visit to the city and this adorable little restaurant more than exceeded my expectations. The server was welcoming, the restaurant is so charming and the food was incredible! So full of flavor, depth and warmth. It reminds me of what a perfect home cooked meal in winter should feel like. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait to have some more momos!
One of my go-to spots for momo and street-style chowmein in the GTA. I’ve visited multiple times, and the taste has remained consistently flavorful and delicious every single time. The quality and authenticity of the food never disappoint. Special mention to our server, Jyoti, who was professional, kind, and attentive, she truly added to the overall great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving momo, chowmein, laphing, wai wai sadheko and many more.
This is one of the first restaurants we visited when we moved to the area and we liked it so much that we've visited multiple times! There’s a great variety of momos, and the glass noodle salad is really good. We've also ordered delivery—the food is packed well and just as tasty as when you dine in. Momo Ghar has become our local favorite :)
A really fantastic and unexpected meal from the ‘secret menu’ at Momo Ghar.. the chef here is such a nice guy, passionate about his food and customers.. his food is inspired by his travels and I would try anything he put on his menu!! Came for the Momo, but stayed for this phenomenal Tuna Nocoise Salad!!
This spot is a gem. They have the best momo I’ve had after the ones that I had in Nepal and India. Jhol is super comforting and satisfying. This place has been gaining popularity recently and it’s worth all the hype. I hope they keep up with the service and food quality with the hype and wish to see this place grow! Apart from Momo and Jhol Momo, their appetizers are really good. Something that you wouldn’t expect from this place but it’s true is that they have one of the best creme Brulee you’ll ever have. Overall, always an amazing and heart warming experience dining at this place. Servers are always kind and welcoming, helpful with explaining the menu options as well. Price is not high and is justified by the freshness and quality of food. A must try spot!
If you're looking for best Momo - this is your spot and were the best till date. Though it was a long wait, it was worth the wait. We ordered the Mattar house made paneer momo - Pan fried and steamed served with the scrumptious curry mayo, steamed chicken Momo, steamed cabbage Momo, and jhol Momo and everything was worth it!! And I must say their veggie chow mein was the star! If you're someone missing Indian Chinese street food, this is your place. The place is small giving old school cafe vibes but the food elevates the authenticity.
Truly loved our experience at Momo Ghar. Great menu, friendly staff & delicious food. For our appetizer, we ordered the Glass Noodle Salad, which was very refreshing & light. Our mains included the 50/50 Beef & Cabbage momo platter & Jhol (soup) momos. My favourites have to be the Cabbage & Chili momos - packed with lots of flavour. The Jhol momos (steamed) were also amazing, the soup was warm & delicious. Highly recommend this spot!
